We had a leak coming out of our siding and running into an inside wall. Precision's representative, Nik, accessed that the leak may have been coming from a small flat roof that had not been re-roofed for many, many years. Precision's Shane and Max re-topped the flat roof. It looked like a fine job. Very neat. But the leak did not stop. They came back to seal any possible places where water might be coming in.
Still the leak continued. We finally figured out that the leak was due to a window frame issue close to where that roof juts out. During this time of labor shortages, Precision's people went the extra mile even though the problem turned out not to be that roof. The office manager/receptionist, Ashley, (name?) was super helpful and courteous every time I called. The new little roof will likely last for many years. We are glad Precision re-roofed it.

Unbelievable service. I received great support from Kim and Ashley on the telephones. I didn't know what to expect and was worried about the whole process. The consultant who guided me, Joe, was really knowledgeable and helpful. I had windows installed from a local company in 2018 and the installers left a lot of mess, we had to call them back for numerous fixes. Therefore, it has been a great relief to have the roof installed without mess left behind, and with the job done right first time.

I had a metal roof installed by Precision Roofing and the finished product is simply incredible. It is a metal roof with the look of slate so the aesthetics are fantastic and it has the long-lasting durability of metal. I was only able to view a sample since there isn't another roof like mine anywhere nearby to see in person so I took a gamble and it paid off. I am really happy with the look and glad I didn't go with an alternative like a standard shingle roof (that will need to be replaced over and over) or a metal roof that costs less but looks like it belongs on a barn instead of a house. The Precision Roofing installers were definitely professional masters of their craft, they know what they're doing and I highly recommend them.

Overall a good experience with Precision Roofing, once they got us scheduled and actually started the project. We started the process in early August and the roof wasn't installed until mid December. The quality of their work is excellent, the communication could be improved upon. Also it never was entirely clear who my "point person" was as it seemed to change throughout the process - so when I had questions the person I had recently be in communication with would pass me off to someone else.

This is the second job these guys did for me. Most people are put off by the price of a metal roof, but this is a roof that adds value unlike a shingle roof that most buying a used home may need to replace. Precision is one of the best construction crews I've experienced in the 13 homes I've owned. They even came out on Thanksgiving to take care of a small issue. Their crew was unbelievably friendly and responsive to any concerns or question I had. They even fixed the poor job the framers did. They want their product to be the best and do whatever it takes to make sure it happens. These guys are the BEST, period!

Precision Roofing was very professional, courteous and friendly from the initial sales agreement, the site foreman and the two work crews ( roof, gutters). They were prompt and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them! Very easy to work with and I felt like I was kept in the loop on schedules, any issues and the price was affordable and clearly laid out.
