Had my roof replaced this week I had to get it done 3 years over due Pinnacle did an excellent job I think when I'm ready to replace my windows I'll have them do it.

We had such a wonderful experience with Pinnacle. The whole team was exceptional and the work was done quickly and professionally. The gave us the highest quality of roof and peace of mind. We were so surprised the first time it rained, we could only hear the rain from the skylight in the bathroom! We couldn't be more pleased.

Pinnacle Energy installed our new roof and windows. We are very pleased and would recommend. Our representative was Eric, he was great and the price was very reasonable! I will be using Pinnacle again to replace the bow window in the future.

We had our aging roof replaced through Pinnacle Energy recently, and are extremely pleased with the outcome thus far. The 50 year warranty on the material and labor adds great peace of mind, particularly with the manufacturer's backing (and the transferability to the next homeowner). The workers were professional and cleaned up fairly well after the job was done--barely a trace. While Pinnacle may not be the cheapest group in town, their value is well stated in the quality of workmanship and materials used for their jobs.

Sales team was pushy, late to both meetings and then had to cancel when the price changed and went up over $2000, yes $2000. Price went down several times during our conversation so I wasn't sure how honest they were. I also helped them receive a referral who would later purchase from them. I was promised a gift card and yet to receive that as well. Again, not too professional.

We had a wonderful experience using Pinnacle. We were in need of a new roof and they delivered speedy service of the highest quality. From our first meeting with Eric, who described the products that would be used and the cost, to Stanley, who went over all the financials, to Chris, the vice president, who stopped by during the work day to check on progress and field any concerns, to the wonderful crew who worked with speed and skill, everyone we came across was knowledgeable, polite, and personable.

We could not be more pleased with our experience. My only difficulty has been in figuring out how to leave a review. You must use a desktop or laptop to do so, no tablets. If I had not come across this issue, I would have gushed over these guys the very next day. Thank you for making our house a better place to live in.
